How much is shipping?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $65 USD! For orders under $65 USD, flat-rate shipping applies at checkout:

  • United States: $8.99 USD
  • United Kingdom: £7.50 (~$8.99 USD)
  • Other Regions: $15.00 USD
How long will my order take?

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before they are dispatched from our partner warehouses. We truly appreciate your patience and support during this time.


Estimated Delivery Times:
United States / United Kingdom: 8–15 business days.
Other Regions: 10–25 business days.


Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, or postal delays.
How is my RELI[E]VE order packaged?

Every order is packaged with care to guarantee your jewelry arrives safely and beautifully.

  • Unboxing Experience: Includes a custom RELI[E]VE jewelry box to safely store your ring.
  • Transit Security: Encased in protective, shock-absorbing air-column bags to prevent damage during delivery.
Can I change my order details after ordering?

We process and pack orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to update your details, please email us at relieveecom@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once your package has left our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes.
Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at relieveecom@gmail.com with your order number right away. If your order has not yet been packed and shipped, we will gladly cancel it and issue a full refund.

What is your 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee Policy?

We want you to feel completely confident trying our spinner rings in your daily workspace. If you are not thoroughly satisfied with your experience, you are fully protected by our 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee. Simply contact our team within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return, and upon receiving the item back, we will happily provide a full refund or exchange.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package is lost in transit and has not arrived within 45 days (for U.S. orders) or 60 days (for the rest of the world) from the shipping date, we will issue a full refund or resend the item.

Please note: This excludes delivery delays caused by customs clearance procedures or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer.

How do I keep my ring in good condition?

To keep your spinner ring looking its absolute best and spinning smoothly:

  • Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Keep away from household cleaners, perfumes, and lotions to protect the premium finish.
  • Remove During Heavy Activity: Take it off before heavy lifting, workouts, or high-impact activities.
  • Keep It Dry: Gently wipe and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth after any exposure to water or sweat.
  • Use Microfiber Cloth: Pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth or microfiber cloth. Do not use paper towels or rough cloths, as they can scratch the metal.

If you have a known allergy or sensitivity to specific metals, we kindly advise reviewing these product specifications carefully before making a purchase. Please note that RELI[E]VE cannot be held liable for any individual skin reactions or allergic responses, and purchases are made at the customer's own discretion. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Are RELI[E]VE products medical devices?

RELI[E]VE cannot be held liable for any physical injuries sustained due to the ring catching, snagging, or causing impact during these activities.
